Sponsorship Needs: The dance has always been a parent funded event with all expenses fronted by just a few families. Their repayment (hopefully) is entirely dependent on registration fees and the generosity of sponsors to offset the cost of such an event. The success of the event has resulted in increased numbers which requires a larger venue, more food and beverage, grander decor, bigger entertainment, etc.. When the dance first began, costs were around $2000 total. This year's event will likely be around $20,000. We really depend on sponsors to help with these growing costs and your contribution will go directly to the operating fund of this years event. Net proceeds from any year roll into the next year's fund.
